We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met. The breakfast provided was excellent, offering a wide range of options including vegetable choices. The hotel's location was ideal, being close to the train station and situated in a quiet neighborhood. It was great to have the option to sit outside, although the garden was not exactly what we had expected. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and transportation options were all great.

The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station, which made it easy to explore different parts of the city. the nearest tube stop was within walking distance, allowing for quick and easy access to central London.
The service and communication at the hotel were lacking. There were issues with the wifi, and the staff seemed indifferent to addressing the problem.

The receptionist at Croft Court Hotel was friendly and offered great recommendations for things to do in the area. She made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.
Although the room was a bit small and one side of the double bed was pushed against the wall, it didn't bother us too much. I can understand that it may not suit other guests who prefer more space.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a great location. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially when it came to parking my car. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the garden. The hotel was also excellent value for money, with prices that were hard to beat.

Great location! The hotel is conveniently situated just outside the city center, making it easy to access all the attractions and amenities of London. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing helpful recommendations for things to do in the city. the hotel was clean and well-maintained.
The room was small, with very limited space around the bed. It was difficult to sit at the desk as the chair didn't fit properly.

The staff at Croft Court Hotel were great too make us feel welcome and accommodated our needs by allowing us to store our bags while we explored the city. Despite a minor issue with cleanliness, we appreciated the prompt response from the owner and the effort to address the issue. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to transportation and amenities nearby. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent staff, particularly Patrick, who was friendly and helpful. Great location, only 8 minutes' walk from the tube station. Shops, cafes, and restaurants a short 5-minute walk away. Comfortable beds and pillows. Free parking and good WiFi.
